A simple, sweetly seasoned pineapple ham topper.
Ingredients
- Pre-sliced, cooked honey-baked ham slices
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Arrange the ham slices in a shallow baking pan.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until heated through. Pour over the ham slices. Bake until heated through.
