A simple, sweetly seasoned pineapple ham topper.


  • Pre-sliced, cooked honey-baked ham slices
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Arrange the ham slices in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until heated through. Pour over the ham slices. Bake until heated through.
