- 1 pineapple peeled, cored and diced
- 2 green onions sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
- 2 Tablespoons minced jalapeno
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until you are ready to serve.
