Simple and low-fat creamy pineapple and orange dessert.
- 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free orange Jello
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free Cool Whip
- Heat the pineapple. Stir in the Jello. Stir until Jello has dissolved. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Pour in the buttermilk and Cool whip. Stir until well blended. Chill until firm.
