Pineapple Orange Dessert

Crushed pineapple and orange gelatin for a creamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (4 serving) box orange flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping

Directions

  1. Heat the pineapple in a saucepan. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix in the buttermilk and frozen topping. Refrigerate until firm.
