Crushed pineapple and orange gelatin for a creamy dessert.
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (4 serving) box orange flavored gelatin
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
- Heat the pineapple in a saucepan. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Mix in the buttermilk and frozen topping. Refrigerate until firm.
