This easy-to-make salad is delicious as a spread or for making sandwiches.
- 2 cups canned chicken, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Mix together chicken, celery and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Mix in mayonnaise, salt, nutmeg, nuts and pineapple.
