This moist  cake is ideal for potlucks or family dinners. Can top with a vanilla frosting before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, pineapple, sugar, baking soda, eggs and walnuts; blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
