This moist cake is ideal for potlucks or family dinners. Can top with a vanilla frosting before serving.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Mix together flour, pineapple, sugar, baking soda, eggs and walnuts; blend thoroughly.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
