Low-fat pineapple, peach and raspberry dessert.


  • 1 fresh pineapple, market sliced into 12 rings
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


  1. Arrange the pineapple slices on a platter. Sprinkle with the sugar. Blend the peaches until smooth. Pour the peach sauce and raspberries over the pineapple and serve.
