The pineapple in this marinade for pork or chicken not only adds sweetness, but helps tenderize the meat as well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered cloves
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 8 days in the refrigerator until use.
