Quick and easy pineapple and ham salad topping.
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple, drained
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/4 cup diced Swiss cheese
- 1 cup grapes, cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
- 4 cups torn lettuce.
- Mix together everything but the lettuce.
- Add a cup of lettuce to 4 plates and top with the pineapple mixture.
