Fluffy, creamy pineapple salad.
- 1 (4 serving) box lime gelatin
- 1 (6 oucne) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
- Mix the gelatin with the cottage cheese. Add in the pineapple and whipped topping and gently stir until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
