Creamy pineapple pudding dessert.
- 1 (3.75 ounce) package vanilla pudding
- 1 (12 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts (optional)
- Prepare the pudding according to the directions using the juice in place of the milk. Chill.
- Beat until smooth and then add in the whipped cream and nuts. Refrigerate. Serve topped with walnut halves.
