Creamy pineapple pudding dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.75 ounce) package vanilla pudding
  • 1 (12 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup broken walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare the pudding according to the directions using the juice in place of the milk. Chill.
  2. Beat until smooth and then add in the whipped cream and nuts. Refrigerate. Serve topped with walnut halves.
