This salad always serves well at family barbecues.
- 1 small carton cottage cheese
- 1 (3-ounce) package pineapple Jell-O
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- Mix together cottage cheese, dry Jell-O and Cool Whip. Add fruit and coconut.
- Refrigerate for several hours until salad becomes thick.
