Chicken breasts slow cooked with pineapple, brown sugar and green bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
