Chicken breasts slow cooked with pineapple, brown sugar and green bell peppers.
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced in strips
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
