Use to dress a simple spinach salad or as a marinade for chicken, pork or shrimp.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 5 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 3-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- dash of cumin
- salt to taste
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small jar, and close with a tight fitting lid.
- Shake the jar to combine the ingredients and then let stand for 3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
