Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 8 tbsp cream of coconut
- 6 tbsp rum (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and mix on high until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.
