Pimiento, jalapeno and cheese chip dip.
- 2 jalapeno peppers, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid
- 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese spread
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and chopped
- Remove the seeds from the jalapenos and chop. Mix with the cheese and pimientos in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted. Mix in the reserved jalapeno liquid.
