Ingredients
- 1 cup potato, cooked, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, cooked, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup salsa, thick and chunky style
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chill for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
