Pickling recipe for pig's feet.

Ingredients

  • 4 pig's feet
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 onion

Directions

  1. Cover the pig's feet with water and boil until the meat separates from the bone. Strain the broth.
  2. Chop the meat into cubes.
  3. Mix together the broth, cloves, bay leaves, vinegar, salt and onion. Boil for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the meat into jars and pour the broth over. Seals and set for 5 days before using.
