Pickled Cucumbers are refreshing and quick to prepare. Just refrigerate 3 hours and it's pickle time!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced thin
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup water with all ingredients except cucumbers. Add cucumbers to bowl; toss well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, covered.
