Pickle Wraps are tangy and zesty appetizers made with cream cheese and corned beef.


  • 1 jar Kosher pickles, drained
  • 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 pound corned beef, sliced thin


  1. Mix cream cheese with parsley flakes. Spread layer of cream cheese mixture around the pickle then wrap with corned beef. Wrap all in foil and refrigerate for 3 hours. Slice and serve.
