Pickle Wraps are tangy and zesty appetizers made with cream cheese and corned beef.
- 1 jar Kosher pickles, drained
- 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 pound corned beef, sliced thin
- Mix cream cheese with parsley flakes. Spread layer of cream cheese mixture around the pickle then wrap with corned beef. Wrap all in foil and refrigerate for 3 hours. Slice and serve.
