This easy recipe for pickle roll appetizers is a big hit with all ages. They're great for picnics or any kind of get together!


  • 1 jar whole dill pickles
  • 8-ounces cream cheese
  • 2 packages Budding beef or corned beef


  1. Let cream cheese soften to make spreading easier. Empty pickles from jar. Let air dry for a few minutes, or dry with paper towel. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on a slice of Budding beef. Wrap around dill pickle.
  2. Wrap second slice with cream cheese to cover pickle. Set aside. Continue until all cream cheese has been used. Slice pickles and arrange on tray.
