This easy recipe for pickle roll appetizers is a big hit with all ages. They're great for picnics or any kind of get together!
- 1 jar whole dill pickles
- 8-ounces cream cheese
- 2 packages Budding beef or corned beef
- Let cream cheese soften to make spreading easier. Empty pickles from jar. Let air dry for a few minutes, or dry with paper towel. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on a slice of Budding beef. Wrap around dill pickle.
- Wrap second slice with cream cheese to cover pickle. Set aside. Continue until all cream cheese has been used. Slice pickles and arrange on tray.
