Spread Pesto on crusty bread or toss into hot pasta.
Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Store in a glass jar in refrigerator.
