Pisco is a South American hard-liquor distilled from grapes. Enjoy it blended with guava nectar in this sweet and sour mixed drink.


  • 1 cup pisco
  • 1 cup guava nectar
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Angostura bitters
  • Lime wedges to garnish
  • Mint leaves to garnish


  1. Place the pisco, guava nectar, sugar, and lime juice into a pitcher and stir to combine until sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Add a few shakes of the bitters and then stir once again to blend.
  3. Serve in ice filled glasses garnished with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves.
