Persimmon Pudding is a delicious, easy to make dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pureed persimmons
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, mixture should be soupy. Bake in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan for 1 hour 30 minutes at 300 degrees F.
