Persimmon Pudding is a delicious, easy to make dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pureed persimmons
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly, mixture should be soupy. Bake in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan for 1 hour 30 minutes at 300 degrees F.
