Simple, perfect rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil, add the salt and butter. Stir in rice, and return to a boil.
  2. Cover and reduce to low heat. Do not stir or remove lid until cooking has finished.
