Perfectly baked buttery chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3 pound chicken
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and dry the chicken, place in a baking dish. Pour butter over and then sprinkle with salt. Pour water into the dish.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes.
