Slow cooked steak and peppers.
- 4 pounds top sirloin steaks, cut into serving size
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Place the steak in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
