Pineapple and pepperoni cheese ball rolled in chopped pecans.
- 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onion
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 3 1/2 ounce pepperoni, finely chopped
- 1 cup pecans, crushed
- Blend together everything but the pecans.Chill until firm and then shape into a ball. Roll in the pecans until evenly coated.
