Peppered Chicken Cutlets

Peppered Chicken Cutlets are and easy any night dinner idea.  It takes about 20 minutes to put this somewhat spicy dish on the table.


  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 4 thin chicken breast cutlets
  • salt
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese (cut into small pieces)


  1. Press combined peppers into both sides of chicken
  2. Salt both sides of chicken
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Brown chicken for about 3 minutes per side
  5. Remove chicken to a plate and cover
  6. Deglaze pan with broth and lemon juice
  7. Boil until reduced by half
  8. Whisk in cream cheese until melted.
  9. Serve chicken immediately topped with cream sauce
