Creamy peppercorn cheese ball appetizer.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons cracked peppercorns
- Blend together the first 3 ingredients. Stir in the 2 tablespoons of the peppercorns, beat until fluffy. Form into a ball and roll in the remaining peppercorns. Chill until firm and then serve with crackers.
