Pepper Crusted Salmon is a crunchy and spicey way to enjoy this healthy entree.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4-6ounce salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in zip-lock bag and add salmon
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes
- Remove salmon from bag and press pepper into both sides of fish
- Heat oil in heavy skillet and saute' 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes
- Drain on paper towels
