Pepper Crusted Salmon is a crunchy and spicey way to enjoy this healthy entree.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4-6ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in zip-lock bag and add salmon
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  3. Remove salmon from bag and press pepper into both sides of fish
  4. Heat oil in heavy skillet and saute' 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes
  5. Drain on paper towels
