Beef, biscuit and creamy casserole dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown the beef and onions together. Drain. Return to the skillet.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and ketchup. Pour into a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with the biscuits and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until browned.
