Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Stir together the flour, oil and milk. Fold in the pecans. Pour about 3/4 cup batter onto the hot iron and heat until brown and crispy.
