Pecan Strawberry Bread is filled with juicy sweet strawberries.
Ingredients
- 3 (heaping) cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1, 10 ounce package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
- 1 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
