Pecan Puffs

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with freezer paper.
2. Beat the egg whites until foamy, mix in the brown sugar, 1/4 cup at a time. Beat in the vanilla until stiff peaks form and then fold in the pecans.
3. Drop by the spoonful onto the prepared sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
