- 12 pitted dates
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- Place the pecans into a food processor and process until finely ground.
- Add the dates, cinnamon and ground almonds to the processor and continue to blend until combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
