Sweet and crunchy pecan finger cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cream together the butter and powdered sugar. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Shape into crescents and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Roll in additional powdered sugar once cooled.
