Honey mustard pecan coated chicken breasts.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup finely ground pecans

Directions

  1. Mix together the honey and mustard. Dip the breasts in the sauce and roll in the pecans. Arrange in a greased dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
