So easy to make, Peas and Cheese Salad has a sweet, creamy dressing.
- 1, 17 ounce can peas, drained and chilled
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup American cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- lettuce leaves
- Mix all ingredients together; toss lightly. Serve on beds of lettuce.
