This rich cocktail is said to resemble a Baby Ruth candy bar due to its malt and peanut butter taste. Serve it as an enjoyable post-dinner beverage garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Scotch
- 3/4 ounce Cream
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- Place the Scotch, cream, simple syrup, peanut butter and egg yolk into a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake the mixture for 40 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake the mixture for an additional 30 seconds; strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
