Peanut Butter Squares

Sweet peanut butter and brown sugar cookie bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Cream the peanut butter and margarine together. Stir int he eggs, brown sugar, flour salt and vanilla extract. Spread into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
