A family favorite, this peanut butter pudding is quick to make and healthier than traditional pudding recipes.


  • 12 ounce block tofu, drained, patter dry
  • 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth, scraping down sides of receptacle as needed. Serve chilled.
