Peanut Butter Maybe Cookie

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and egg.
2. Drop heaping teaspoons of dough onto a baking sheet. Use a fork to create a criss cross pattern on each cookie.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, move to wire rack to cool.
