Quick and easy peanut butter and cornflake drop cookies.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cups cornflakes
Directions
- Cream together the peanut butter, sugar and milk. Mix in the cornflakes until well blended. Use a teaspoon to drop the batter onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes or until browned.
