Peanut Butter Blondies

Directions

1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Once dissolved, beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour combination.
3. Reserve 1 cup batter. Spread remaining batter into the bottom of a prepared 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Arrange peanut butter cups evenly over crust. Pour remaining batter evenly over top of chocolate.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
