These fun muffins make an excellent breakfast treat, especially for those busy morning routines.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder; set aside.
- Beat milk, peanut butter, banana, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla.
- Blend flour combination into banana mixture.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
