Processed spreads are usually full of sugar, oils and preservatives. Instead, make your own peanut and chocolate blend with low-fat Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate syrup  


  • 1/2 cup real chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Place the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, chocolate syrup, and vanilla into a bowl and stir well until thoroughly combined. Serve the spread immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
