- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup peach preserves, warmed
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- Scoop the ice cream evenly into four sundae dishes. Spread the preserves evenly over top and sprinkle the almonds and coconut over.
