A wonderful peach schnapps shaken Mai-Tai cocktail, perfect topped with the classic paper umbrella.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce peach schnapps
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 teaspoons almond syrup
1 teaspoon powdered surgar
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup (optional)

Directions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, filling three-quarters full. Add everything, cover and shake. Strain into cocktail glasses filled with fresh ice.
