A fruity peach pina colada cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 ounces sweetened cream of coconut
- 2 ounces white or gold rum
- 2 ounces peach schnapps
- 1 sliced, pitted peach
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
